i had the fajita quesadilla, CHEFS KISSSS! omg please get that! we had 20 people. our food was out in 20 minutes on a FRIDAY NIGHT! love that for us! & our server was on top of everything! amazing atmosphere, amazing food!!!!!

The food was literally so very amazing. Karly was our server and she was attentive and wonderful. The food came out quick and the taste was the best.

We had the shrimp cocktail and the habanero cream enchiladas. The food came out pretty quick. The enchiladas came with rice and charro beans. It was a big portion. The shrimp in the cocktail was a hearty size. Our waitress was very friendly and gave us great recommendations for it being our first time there.

I have yet to find such an exceptional dining experience in Lake Charles. Not once, but 4 times over the course of a year Nogal blew all expectations out of the water. Service, cuisine, value, atmosphere.... Everything is consistently excellent. I would absolutely pay 40 for their molcajete, but they only charge around 20 which blows my mind being that it could feed my whole family.... Try it out, and enjoy! (It would be a mistake to not order the street corn)

I’ve been to this place a few times and they are getting better with time. This past time was a very good experience. I feel like the atmosphere and quality of food has evolved significantly. The servers are very kind and knowledgeable and management is very attentive. I will say that this is one of my top five Mexican restaurants in Southwest Louisiana now.

The food here is incredible and far better than most hispanic themed places around. Very tasty, very authentic, and the salsas are all very well crafted. The molcajete dish was amazing.

This place is truly outstanding. My partner and I opted for the trio nachos, which were not only delicious but also sufficiently filling for two people to share. I requested a skinny Rita, which was not listed on the menu, and our waiter graciously fulfilled my request. Although it came with a 12 upcharge for a small serving, its strength made it well worth the cost. We will certainly be back on our next visit.

Service, drinks, food and environment are all exceptional! The restaurant is always cleans, service is top notch and I’m working my way through the menu and everything I have tried has been excellent! This is the Nogal Burrito & Mexican Lasagna, both to die for!! New favorite Mexican spot for sure! 2 for 1 margaritas are very good and not the cheapo kind I usually see on 2 for 1 margs. 10/10 Will be back this Friday, as usual!
